WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A STUDENT:

There is not a personality type, gifting, or specific calling that we’re looking for.
What we are looking for is young men and women that have a desire to be firmly rooted in their identity and equipped to live passionately for the Lord as they enter college, ministry, or the marketplace. A student of The Greenhouse should have the desire to be a life-long learner and be willing to do
the challenging and deeply rewarding work of spiritual formation. They should be able to submit to the leadership of The Greenhouse, and receive guidance and correction in humility. They should be committed to building relationships with fellow classmates in vulnerability. They should desire to pray hard and play hard. Desiring to flee from the distraction of our age, we ask every student to limit from all forms of media as a fast during their time in The Greenhouse. The Greenhouse provides the extraordinary opportunity for life changing discipleship in the context of community life. We want to challenge you with this unique opportunity to consecrate your life, be equipped, and whole-heartedly pursue God in a company of friends. Due to immersive commitment of The Greenhouse, it is impractical to work or study. We want you to get everything you can out of this time. The Greenhouse is a curated structure built for the purpose of your growth and transformation. Therefore we expect you to submit fully to all aspects of the program.

ENDORSEMENTS

The Greenhouse is a new training program that has grown out of the legacy of over 20 years of the Gateways Training School.

I want to encourage you to consider enrolling in The Greenhouse. I’ve known the leaders of the Greenhouse for decades. I’ve seen their work. I’ve seen the discipleship school they ran in Cyprus that sent people out who are established all over the world bearing fruit for God. What is the Greenhouse? It’s a place of protection, and a place of nutrition, and a place that creates exactly the right environment for you to grow to your maximum potential in a short period of time. Which will set you up for success and an abundant life wherever you go serving the Lord in whatever your calling is. I just want to say take a good look at the Greenhouse it could be for you.

For Patty and I, visiting Gateways Training School is one of the highlights of our year.  Why?  It is because the Rudolph family has produced serious training with the finest teachers in a discipleship and worship setting that is second to none.  The presence of the Spirit is beyond wonderful at Gateways. Development in faith and character is well accomplished in the program.  Any young person who is committed to Messianic Jewish life and called to Jewish mission or World mission would find this a most excellent venue for growth.

The "Gateways experience" is awesome. The depth of worship, fellowship, discipleship, and vision is unique. They have not only had a great impact on their students, but on the community of faith in Israel and other nations around the world. My own family has been powerfully touched by our involvement with the Gateways team.
Asher Intrater
Founder of Revive Israel
I would rather send my own son or daughter to a Gateways Beyond discipleship training school than to any school I know. Their daily praise, prayer and prophetic worship, the teaching and training, the outreach to Israel and then to another nation each year are outstanding opportunities to enlarge the hearts of our youth.
